- The polyethylene wax with low molecular weight can increase the lubricity and improve the uniform dispersion of the filler during the processing, it also can improve the fluidity of the filler masterbatch.
- As a good lubricant, polyethylene wax prevents precipitates from the mold of the equipment, and improves the surface brightness of the downstream products.
- It is recommended to use a certain amount of wax to significantly improve the pigment wettability and its distribution. On the other hand, this value reduces the viscosity of the masterbatch melt, resulting in better pigment distribution and increased color efficiency.
- It is an environmentally friendly material and it has passed ROHS testing.
